8. Disclaimers
GoMobii provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that listings, availability, or services provided by third parties will meet your expectations.
We are not responsible for disputes between users, hosts, or service providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Mobii Movement Group Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GoMobii.
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobii Movement Group Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
