The Coming to America NYFW Showcase is a co-produced event featuring a live runway presentation, boutique-style shopping, and brand networking in an intimate Midtown Manhattan setting.
Guests will experience fashion beyond the runway, with opportunities to engage directly with designers, shop exclusive collections, and connect with creatives and supporters during New York Fashion Week.
This showcase is intentionally designed as a revenue-generating, community-forward experience that highlights minority-owned brands and cultural expression while offering a premium guest experience.
Runway presentation begins promptly at 6:00 PM.
Dress Code: African, cultural, or diaspora-inspired attire encouraged.
This New York Fashion Week Coming to America Cultural Fashion Showcase is a curated, non-vending event. On-site selling is not permitted for this showcase.
We offer two different ways to participate and support, and it’s important to understand the distinction:

These options are one-time contributions tied specifically to this event and do not include on-site vending or digital storefront access.
2. Mobii Market Shop Membership (Platform Access)
You may also see an option labeled “Become a Vendor.”
This option does not grant access to sell at this event.
Instead, it provides access to the Mobii Market Shop digital platform, which includes:
A personal online storefront
Back-end tools and dashboard access
Ongoing platform visibility
Eligibility for future opportunities and activations
Market Shop membership is a separate, recurring membership and is designed for brands seeking long-term digital access, not one-day event participation.
By offering both options, we are able to support immediate event needs while also providing a long-term platform for brands and creatives who want more than a single activation.
