Loft 308 provides tables, chairs, a sound system, stage (if needed), lighting, and Wi-Fi. Additional services like a DJ, bartender, or security can be arranged upon request.
Is there parking available?

Absolutely! You can bring your preferred caterers, decorators, or entertainers. We also have trusted vendors we can recommend to make planning easier.
How early can I access the space for setup?
We typically allow setup 3 hours before your event start time. Exact timing can be discussed and included in your booking agreement.
Are decorations allowed?
Yes! You’re welcome to decorate the space to match your event theme. We ask that decorations be removed after the event, and nothing should damage the walls or floors.
Is the space handicap accessible?
We are sadden to say that at the current moment in time we are unable to accommodate our handicapped demographics, Please note we are a 2 flight walk up
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Do I have to pay the whole balance at one time?
Absolutely not !!! That's not the way we work. We ask for a 25% deposit from you to remove the date from that calendar. the remaining balance is paid a day before or the day of your event.
